One Earth Landscaping Team

One Earth Landscaping was established by Sean Morrow in Sydney in 1999, and relocated to the Sunshine Coast QLD in 2002. Since that time One Earth Landscaping has grown steadily and now employs a team of three experienced landscapers.

Sean Morrow - Director and Licenced Supervisor

Sean has 20 years of experience working in the landscaping industry, and possesses a strong knowledge of plants. He has studied landscape trade, holds a Certificate 3 in Horticulture "Landscape", and a Permaculture Design Certificate. He is also licensed to carry out all ‘structural landscaping’ works (QBSA Act Licence No 1119365). Sean draws his inspiration from nature, preferring to use natural materials within the landscape. His passions include native bird and frog attracting gardens, water features, timber and stone construction, and organics, permaculture, and bio-dynamics. Sean also offers talks and educational workshops on establishing native bird and frog habitats.

Bradley Fayolle – Landscape Assistant

Bradley is skilled in the construction of timber retaining walls, decks, steps, paving, water features, planting, mulching and turf laying. He holds a Certificate 1 in Conservation and Land Management (studied through Green Corp’s), and has also completed a Permaculture Design Certificate. Originally from Australia, he grew-up in Vanuatu and is bilingual in English and French. He has also worked in the landscaping industry in New Zealand, and is passionate about the environment, growing food organically, and the creation of useful garden spaces.

James Brown – Apprentice/Landscape Assistant

James joined the One Earth team in 2011 as an apprentice, and is completing his training for a Certificate 3 in Horticulture. James brings three years of experience working in landscaping to the team, and is also a qualified electrician. Originally from Sydney, James is passionate about native plants and enjoys surfing.

George Andrews – Landscape Assistant

As a part-time employee of One Earth Landscaping, George brings over 16 years experience in organic farming, gardening and permaculture. He has completed certificates in horticulture and permaculture design and is interested in bio-dynamics. George has a particular interest in low maintenance edible landscapes. He is a passionate and knowledgeable organic gardener, and is also skilled in many areas of timber construction.
