One Earth Landscaping Team

One Earth Landscaping was established by Sean Morrow in Sydney in 1999, and relocated to the Sunshine Coast QLD in 2002. Since that time One Earth Landscaping has grown steadily and now employs a team of three experienced landscapers.

Sean Morrow - Director and Licenced Supervisor

Sean has 20 years of experience working in the landscaping industry, and possesses a strong knowledge of plants. He has studied landscape trade, holds a Certificate 3 in Horticulture "Landscape", and a Permaculture Design Certificate. He is also licensed to carry out all ‘structural landscaping’ works (QBSA Act Licence No 1119365). Sean draws his inspiration from nature, preferring to use natural materials within the landscape. His passions include native bird and frog attracting gardens, water features, timber and stone construction, and organics, permaculture, and bio-dynamics. Sean also offers talks and educational workshops on establishing native bird and frog habitats.

Orion Vasconcelos – Site Manager

Orion grew up in an intentional community in the middle of Brazil where from a young age learnt about Bio-Dynamics and Agroecological farming principles. He has also travelled and studied Permaculture at multiple Brazillian and South American Institutes, specifically in education, food production and Bio-Construction. He has over 6 years experience working in the landscaping industry. He also has years of experience in establishing and working in organic cafes/restaurants/natural food stores on the Sunshine Coast. He is currently studying a degree in Health Science majoring in Indigenous Health. He has been living in Australia since 2007 and is now a dual Citizen. He speaks Portuguese, Spanish and English. He loves sustainable living and planting food.

Andy White – Site Manager

Andy has over 10 years experience working in the landscaping industry. He has worked in a variety of regions from southern New South Wales to north Western Australia, his experience ranges from domestic garden maintenance to civil construction. Andy holds a certificate 3 in Conservation and Land Management and is a qualified Herbal Medicine Practitioner. He is passionate about health and wellness and how this can be maintained through our connection to nature.

Marcel Schuppenhauer Landscape Assistant/Manager

Marcel Schuppenhauer Marcel has studied Bio-dynamic farming, plus holds a diploma in Conservation and Land Management and a Permaculture Design Certificate. He has over 4 years experience working in the landscaping industry. He is passionate about the environment, animals, books, records, art, music and underground culture. Originally from Germany, he has been living in Australia since 2009 and is now an Australian Resident. He speaks German and English.

Bradley Fayolle – Landscape Assistant

Bradley is skilled in the construction of timber retaining walls, decks, steps, paving, water features, planting, mulching and turf laying. He holds a Certificate 1 in Conservation and Land Management (studied through Green Corp’s), and has also completed a Permaculture Design Certificate. Originally from Australia, he grew-up in Vanuatu and is bilingual in English and French. He has also worked in the landscaping industry in New Zealand, and is passionate about the environment, growing food organically, and the creation of useful garden spaces.

Daniel Light – Landscape Assistant

Daniel holds a graduate degree in environmental science. He has a range of experience relevant to landscaping including 3 years of residential construction, 2 years bush regeneration and a year of hardscaping. He has completed a Permaculture Design Certificate and has aided in the design of several food and lifestyle productive systems. He has a passion for sustainability, regenerative agriculture and integrating animal habitat into residential, commercial and natural areas. He loves transforming landscapes into functional, aesthetic spaces which provide for both human and nature alike

Jim Martin – Landscape Assistant

Jim holds a graduate degree in Marine Ecology and Biology. He also has a range of experience relevant to landscaping including carpentry, general construction and bush regeneration. He is passionate about the ocean and land management, with a particular interest in trees. He loves music and painting.
